Discussion:
Frida of ABBA -- was she always a lesbian?
(too old to reply)

So I'm watching the "Super Troupers - 30 years of ABBA" show on PBS for,
like, the third time because, hey, you can never get enough ABBA, right?
and Frida shows up for the reunion and she's obviously gone full tilt
Butch in the last few years. Now I haven't been following pictures of
Frida too well over the years (Agnetha is my favorite) but wow, this is
really a departure for her. When did this happen? You'd never guess
from watching the early videos that she's a lesbian. Is that what
killed her marriage with Benny? Was there ever any indication that she
and Agnetha might have "got it on"? I've seen pictures of them hugging
each other but it always seemed innocent enough. When did Frida turn?

I just watched "Super Troupers" and I haven't the foggiest idea what you're
talking about. I will say that her hair looked a little "severe," although
when she got dolled up for the "Mamma Mia" curtain call, she looked much
softer. She's one of those "women of a certain age" who don't feel it
necessary to ladle on the make-up, and she doesn't need to.

What is it about lesbians that scares you so, anyway?

Oh, they're constantly harrassing me, pounding on my door, all night
long. Sometimes I can't take it and have to get up and let them out.
